At Donner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your musical instrument or audio gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at service@donnermusic.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
